Detailed description: Apartment 4, approx. 64 m², has 2 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a small hallway. The spacious living room has an adjoining bay window with a large dining table and chairs, as well as a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people. The bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, a valet stand, a vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack.

The kitchen has a fully equipped fitted kitchen unit with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and freezer compartment, as well as a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a second dining table and chairs. The bathroom with daylight (window) has a shower, a heated towel rail, a hairdryer and a cosmetic mirror.

The apartment is equipped for a maximum of 4 guests; a travel cot and a high chair are available. The balcony has a seating area for 2 people.

The living room has laminate flooring and the bedroom has carpet. The kitchen, hallway and bathroom have tiled floors. The living room and bedroom each have a TV.

Local tourist tax (Kurabgabe)	1 April–31 October: €3.70 per person per night 1 November–31 March: €3.30 per person per night Children under 6 are exempt. Included in the tourist tax: use of local public transport (train). The tourist tax is levied by the municipality and is payable in addition to the rental price; as hosts we are required to collect it. It is based on the tourist tax bylaws of the Usedom Island and Wolgast tourism region (Kurabgabensatzung). Rates as of January 2026. The Zinnowitz spa administration (Kurverwaltung) sends you the guest cards (Kurkarten) by email about one week before arrival.

only in your private parking space; please drive at walking pace on the grounds; electric cars can be charged at a wallbox charger for limited periods by arrangement (for a fee) – once your car is fully charged, please move it back to your apartment’s own parking space so that other guests can charge

Bicycles

please leave them in the bike shed and always close the shed

close the apartment door, windows and balcony door

Waste separation

please separate general waste, plastic, paper and glass – the bins are behind the house

Key handover

contactless via our key safe; a second key is ready for you in the kitchen

Arrival

please call us about 3 days, but no later than 1 day, before arrival (+49 162 1367218) to agree on the arrival arrangements

Before departure

wash the dishes, strip the beds, fold the blankets, empty the bins and clean the oven and hob – our team takes care of the final cleaning
