Zinnowitz lies in the north-west of Usedom Island, between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser lagoon. The seaside resort combines a wide sandy beach with seaside resort architecture, Zinnowitz Pier (Seebrücke), the Bernsteintherme (leisure pool and spa) and good connections on the Usedomer Bäderbahn railway.

How many holiday apartments are available?
Six holiday apartments in total, in two houses: four apartments with two rooms each in Villa Michaelis (Wilhelm-Potenberg-Straße 14) and two apartments with three rooms each in Holiday Home Ostsee YOLO (Wilhelm-Potenberg-Straße 14A).
Which apartments have a terrace?
Apartments 1, 2 and 5 are on the ground floor and have a terrace.
Which apartments have a balcony?
Apartments 3, 4 and 6 on the first floor have a balcony. The ground-floor Apartments 1 and 2 also have a balcony by the entrance area in addition to the terrace.
Is there parking?
Yes. Each of the six holiday apartments comes with a private parking space. Its use is included in the rental price.
How many rooms do the apartments have?
Apartments 1 to 4 in Villa Michaelis each have two rooms. Apartments 5 and 6 in Holiday Home Ostsee YOLO each have three rooms.
Where are the holiday apartments?
At Wilhelm-Potenberg-Straße 14 and 14A, 17454 Ostseebad Zinnowitz (Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz), on Usedom Island on the Baltic Sea.
How can I check availability?
Using the search box on this page or on the “Availability” page. There you can see the availability calendar and, once you have chosen an apartment and dates, the total price straight away.
Can I book directly online?
Yes. On the Availability page you can see straight away whether the apartment is free, along with all prices up to the final price. You can then book directly – the dates are reserved immediately, we check the occupancy and send you the booking documents – or send a non-binding enquiry by email.
How does the key handover work?
Contact-free, via our key safe. You will find a second key on the kitchen table in the apartment. Arrival is possible from 3 pm. Please call us about 3 days before arrival, and no later than 1 day before (+49 162 1367218), so that we can agree on the arrival arrangements.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed in our holiday apartments. This applies to all six apartments in both houses.
How far is it to the beach?
The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 500 m from both houses, about 10 minutes on foot, and Zinnowitz Pier (Seebrücke) approx. 500 m.
Can I rent several apartments at the same time?
Yes. In principle you can rent several holiday apartments at the same time if they are free for your chosen dates – for example both apartments in Holiday Home Ostsee YOLO, or apartments in both houses for a larger family or group. Check availability on the Availability page and book or enquire about each apartment separately; feel free to mention in the message field that you would like several apartments together.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment is made by bank transfer to the bank account stated in the booking documents: a 20% deposit within 14 days of confirmation, and the balance together with the local tourist tax (Kurabgabe) no later than one month before arrival. For short-notice bookings, the total price including the local tourist tax is due no later than the day of arrival. In each case, the date the payment is received is what counts.
