Book a holiday apartment in Zinnowitz

Choose your travel dates, apartment and extras. You can also leave the apartment open: as soon as you have entered your arrival and departure, all available apartments appear with their prices. You will see straight away whether an apartment is available, and every price up to the total price. Then you decide: make a binding direct booking or send a non-binding enquiry by email.

How it works: With a direct booking, we reserve the dates for you immediately. Once we have checked the occupancy, you will receive the booking documents with the payment information by email – or a rejection, if the dates turn out not to be available after all. Payment is made by bank transfer – no payment details are collected on this page.

Depending on the season, the minimum stay is 2 to 6 nights; the maximum length of stay is 90 nights. There are no fixed arrival days.

Children count towards the number of guests. Children under 6 are exempt from the local tourist tax (Kurabgabe). In the low season (1 November – 31 March), a reduced price of €17.00 per night applies to children under 4.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in our holiday apartments.
Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking apartments.

Book directly: You make a binding booking at the total price shown – subject to availability, i.e. provided the dates really are still free (protection against double bookings). The dates are reserved for you immediately. We check the occupancy and your booking and send you the booking documents – or, if it does not work out after all, a rejection.

You can book straight away as soon as you have chosen the apartment, dates and number of guests and the price has been calculated.

Enquiry by email: free of charge and non-binding. We check your requests and get back to you by email. The dates are not yet reserved at this stage.

Deposit: 20% of the total price, payable no later than 14 days after booking. Balance payment including local tourist tax: no later than one month before arrival; for short-notice bookings, no later than the day of arrival.
